腎臟學、毒理學、食品安全

顏宗海醫師畢業於台灣大學醫學系，並於英國倫敦大學瑪麗皇后學院取得醫學博士學位。顏醫師在林口長庚醫院接受住院醫師訓練時，遇到影響他最深的老師，「俠醫」林杰樑醫師，並在林醫師門下專攻腎臟醫學與毒物學，目前已發表200多篇重要論文於國際期刊。顏醫師現職為林口長庚臨床毒物中心主任，負責處理長庚醫院中毒病患的臨床治療工作，傳授年輕醫師毒理學知識，協助醫療人員毒物訓練，同時進行腎臟學及毒理學的相關研究。於臨床工作之餘，顏醫師也積極參加政府機關諮議會，立志為國家政策提出建言，包含行政院、衛生福利部、經濟部、環保署、監察院等機關及縣市政府食安委員會。另外，為了宣傳正確的飲食觀念，顏醫師熱心辦理民眾衛教活動，講解食安知識，也協助媒體分析國內外的食安新聞，希望能打造業者良心、政府用心、民眾安心的健康社會。
